BAKED Gluten Free is looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to join our leadership team.

Since 2017, BAKED has grown into Tasmania's largest specialty gluten free bakery café. Together with our sister businesses, Lottie Lane Coffee Roasters and The Stagg Midtown, we're proud to be building a group of locally owned hospitality businesses focused on quality, community and great customer experiences.

This role is perfect for someone with hospitality experience who is ready to grow into a leadership position and further develop their skills within a supportive and established team.

One thing we're particularly proud of is the number of team members who have built long-term careers with us. Many of our current supervisors and managers started in junior roles and have grown into leadership positions through ongoing upskilling, leadership training, mentorship and support from our management team.

We're passionate about developing great people and creating genuine career pathways within our businesses.

What we're looking for:

• Previous hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills
• Great people skills and the ability to lead by example
• A genuine passion for customer service
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
• A "no problems, only solutions" kind of mindset
• A desire to learn, grow and develop as a leader
• The ability to stay calm, organised and professional in a fast-paced environment
