The name "Bangkok Street Fare" was given to us by a young Buddhist monk who we befriended and offered food and shelter as he walked around Australia. The business is owned by Pornmanee Berris (nee Denduang) who spent her first 30 something years in Thailand and has mastered many of the styles of cooking found in culturally diverse Thailand.
