Whether it’s for breakfast, a snack or dessert, visit today! The Original Mini Pancake Company has been around for a while, starting as a small market stall at the Jetty Markets. Over the years the business has grown and is now located at the Northwall. You can find the van on the left hand side within the parkland on the way to the Jetty marina. We offer seating and there is plenty of space for c

hildren to run around. A dog friendly beach is just metres away. Offering spectacular views, Mini Pancakes are open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Come down to enjoy a coffee, read the paper, enjoy the views and try one of our delicious plates of pancakes.

RESULTS:
🥇 Finished in 11:40, well ahead of the record! Started with the Nutella — thick but tasty, knew it’d be the hardest to get down. Strawberries & cream were next-level — real cream, no flavor fatigue at all. Each corner was delicious, but 2.4 kg doesn’t eat itself — had to keep the pedal down the whole way.

What made it even better was meeting Fozzie and his wife Renee — so welcoming and awesome to chat with. Can’t wait to come back, use my $50 voucher, and actually eat and enjoy it without the clock breathing down my neck.
