WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CHEF

GWYLO is looking for an experienced casual chef to join our crew in Mollymook.

We’re after someone with fresh energy, solid kitchen experience and a genuine love of cooking...ideally someone who comes for summer and loves the place enough to stick around.

GWYLO is an established South Coast restaurant with a strong reputation for bold, flavour-driven Asian food and a kitchen that loves to push things a little.

The good bits:

• Dedicated, regular shifts
• Dinner service only
• No breakfasts
• No split shifts
• A strong, established kitchen and FOH crew
• A busy venue with a great local following
• Mollymook beaches on your doorstep

We’re looking for someone who can jump into a professional kitchen, work well with a team and bring good energy to service.

Casual role with consistent shifts available for the right person.

If you’re a chef in Sydney, Canberra or elsewhere who has been thinking about swapping city life for the South Coast, this could be a pretty good excuse.

Another season done 🤍

Regional hospitality is a funny thing. It’s exciting, exhausting, unpredictable, rewarding… and we wouldn’t have it any other way

To every single person who walked through our doors this season, thank you. Whether you joined us once or became a familiar face, you’ve helped make GWYLO what it is.

To our incredible crew …. thank you for your hard work, your hustle, your resilience, your weirdness, your laughter and all the beautiful personalities you bring to our table! We love you!

We’re pressing pause for a few weeks to catch our breath, spend time with our families, dream up new ideas and refill the tank

We’ll be back in September with a whole new menu, fresh energy and plenty of excitement for what’s next.
