🎋Tanabata has begun@Zee慈
毎年恒例のZee慈での七夕が始まりました🌟

We’ve set up our corner again this year at Zee Japanese Restaurant
— but this isn’t just decoration for us.
It’s a small cultural space where language, intention, and human expression meet.
From now until the traditional Tanabata (lunar calendar in August 19th), our guests and Japanese learners are invited to write their wishes on tanzaku and hang them on the bamboo tree 🌿
Tanzaku wishes are written in Japanese and displayed in vertical writing, following the traditional style.
If you are learning Japanese, we are happy to support you in writing your wish 😊
Tanabata, often known as the Star Festival, comes from the story of Orihime and Hikoboshi — two stars who meet across the Milky Way once a year.
But beyond the story, what we value most is the act of putting feelings into words.
At Zee, language is not just communication — it is connection, awareness, and transformation.

#七夕 の笹を設置しました。
これは単なる飾りではなく、
言葉・想い・文化が交わる
小さな空間としてつくっています。
これから旧暦の七夕（8月19日）までの間、
お客様や日本語学習者の方々に
短冊に願いを書いて笹に飾っていただけます🌿
短冊の願い事は、日本語で書き、
縦書きで飾る形式となっています。
日本語を学習中の方には、
スタッフがサポートしますので安心してください😊
七夕は「星祭り」とも呼ばれ、
織姫と彦星という二つの星が、
天の川を隔てて年に一度だけ出会う
という物語が由来です。
しかし本質は、
言葉に想いをのせる時間であると
私たちは考えています。
Zee慈では、言語は単なるコミュニケーションではなく、
「つながり」「氣づき」「変化」を生むものだと捉えています。
