Our single origins are coffee in its purest form, one farm, one location, nothing blended in.

Right now we’ve got over half a dozen micro lots rotating through, from bright washed lots to fruity naturals. Every bag tells you exactly where it came from and what that farm does best. This is the one for the curious drinker and the coffee nerd chasing something new.

Familiar, forgiving and built to taste great no matter how it’s brewed. Right now it’s a trio of Nicaragua, El Salvador and Brazil, creating flavours of butterscotch, hazelnut gelato and milk chocolate. Decaf gets a bad rap. Ours is here to change that.

It’s a single origin micro lot from one of Colombia’s most prestigious farms, gently decaffeinated using the ethyl acetate process so all the flavour stays exactly where it should be.

Bright citrus, caramel toffee and a proper baker’s chocolate sweetness. Real coffee, minus the caffeine, no compromise.

That’s not how we do things.

We roast coffee we’re genuinely proud of, we stick around after the bag lands on your counter, and we train your baristas so every cup tastes as good as the last one. Green bean to cup, that’s the whole job.
