Have you seen the news? There’s a Portuguese Tart gelato scooping at Glatisse! It’s made completely in house and limited edition, so when it’s gone… it’s gone 🙌

This week’s Limited Edition gelato release is Portuguese Tart!

All made in house with caramelised sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and a custardy gelato base with twice baked flaky pastry folded in! 😍

It’s been the perfect reason for us to taste test a LOT of tarts to make sure we got it right. ;)

LAST WEEKEND FOR CHURROS!

It’s officially spring (on the calendar anyway ☔️) and we need extra room in the kitchen to make more gelato for the warmer months!

That means we need to pack up our churro fryers for 2026 and *this weekend* is your last chance to get your mouth around some crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the inside, cinnamoney churros with a luxe dipping sauce.

We’re open from 12-9 today and tomorrow (5-6 Sept) in our Redwood Park store.

For a limited time only, you can get a scoop of blackforest gelato, with homemade (and the best ever) chocolate cake 🍰cherry jam drizzle 🍒 (also homemade) and chocolate shavings 🍫on our creamy vanilla gelato base.

Here is a surprise flavour drop that dreams are made of!

Rocher Gelato is scooping now at Glatisse and as the person that helps out with social media… let’s just say, this is one of my personal favourite flavours that Loc has absolutely perfected.

Inspired by Ferrero Rocher, it’s SO chocolatey and almost fudge like in texture, which is because of the thick hazelnut chocolate sauce swirled through the gelato.

It’s an absolute dream. You need some ASAP!
