Limited Edition Greek Style Baklava! 🇬🇷
Loc | Artisanal Gelato Chef recently visited Vasili’s Table | West Beach Greek Taverna in west beach and adored their Greek Baklava, so he’s made a Baklava gelato inspired directly by them! Made with Walnuts, %100 Australian Honey, Orange blossom water, Cinnamon and flaky phyllo pastry.

Unlike Turkish baklava which uses pistachios, Greek baklava uses walnuts and has a more ‘cinnamony’ flavour it’s delicious, creamy AND crunchy - in store from today!

Introducing Peanut Butter cup gelato!
ground their 100% Australian peanuts until they were as smooth as butter for us to turn into a creamy gelato. ❤️🥜

We’ve turned that peanut gelato into a stracciatella using Italian couverture milk chocolate… then topping it off with a mini Reese’s peanut butter cup 🤤

As always, it’s limited edition so you’d better get a scoop in store from today! We’re open from 3-9 tonight in Redwood Park.

🍫MOCHA GELATO ☕️
This week’s limited edition is a creamy, sweet caffeine hit made with a mix of dark and milk Italian couverture chocolate with Black Cat coffee.

Its only in store until sold out, so tag someone who always orders a mocha, adds way too many sugars to their latte, or needs a midweek (possibly school holiday related) caffiene boost 😉
