SPECIAL NOTICE FROM THE MITTA PUB 💙
(Opening at 3pm thurs 17/9)

This Thursday, 17th September, The Mitta Pub will be closed for part of the day as we take some time to say goodbye to a very special man who has been part of the heart and history of our pub.

In the early days, he played an integral role in The Mitta Pub, and as the years went by, he remained a familiar face and loyal patron. More than that, he was a valued friend and a much-loved member of our little community.

Pubs are about so much more than a cold b**r or a good meal. They’re about the people, the stories, the friendships and the memories made along the way — and he will always be a part of ours.

We feel it’s important that our team has the opportunity to be together, pay their respects, share some memories and say a proper goodbye.

We will reopen from 3pm for drinks, with dinner service from 5pm.

We sincerely thank everyone for their kindness and understanding. 💙

Rest easy, mate. You’ll always be part of The Mitta Pub story.

In case you’ve forgotten (and we won’t tell Dad 😉)… Father’s Day is THIS SUNDAY, 6th September!

Still haven’t organised anything? No worries — The Mitta Pub has your back!

With our busy season fast approaching, The Mitta Pub is looking to add a few enthusiastic juniors to our casual kitchen team.

Experience not needed (we understand you are just starting out) — we’re looking for people who are:

⭐ Happy to work as part of a team
⭐ Ready to get stuck in when things get busy!

Weeknight and weekend availability is a must.
