Things are heating up at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen. Our limited winter Seafood Chowder is rich, creamy, loaded with premium seafood and served with grilled focaccia. Perfect after a Harbour Bridge walk, Luna Park or the Kirribilli Markets. Proper old-school comfort food, but only for winter.

Created together with our neighbours at Greenhouse Kirribilli, Bangkok Blue blends Bombay Gin, Blue Curaçao, lemon and coconut into a tropical twist that’s made for pizza nights, share plates and good company. Tokyo Sour brings a completely different personality, and that’s where the debate begins.

Char-Grilled Corn Ribs start with fresh corn on the cob, cooked over an open flame until smoky and caramelised, then tossed through garlic butter, spiced herbs, finished with shaved Parmesan and served with smoked chilli aioli. Our Apple & Cinnamon Calzone is one of the best winter desserts in Sydney right now — think apple pie meets apple strudel, but wrapped in our soft, hand-stretched Neapolitan-style woodfire pizza base. It’s filled with sliced apple, raisin and pine nuts, and if you’re dining in, it lands with vanilla ice cream.
