Joe’s gone full Calabrese this week, so cancel the sad dinner plans. 🇮🇹😂

Cozze swimming in sugo, vodka-flamed prawn linguine with a little piccante, Pollo di Mare loaded with seafood, and a Bistecca con Funghi that deserves a proper glass of vino alongside it. 🤌🍷

Then comes the dangerous part... Biscoff Tiramisu. Espresso, mascarpone, Biscoff. Madonna, behave yourself. 😂

Joe’s weekly speciali are back, and this week he’s cooking like the whole famiglia just rocked up unannounced. 🇮🇹😂

We’ve got crispy Gamberi Fritti, Rigatoni with slow-cooked pork ribs, proper Calabrese-style Ossobuco, and Bistecca Pescatore with garlic prawns. The kind of food that requires good vino, plenty of pane and absolutely no rushing.

And because Joe clearly wasn’t finished...
