We’ll keep this real — just like our food.

With everything going on right now (you’ve probably felt it at the bowser, the supermarket… everywhere), the cost of doing business has gone up across the board.

From fuel, to fresh local produce, to quality meat — it’s all taken a hit.

So yes… there’s been a small adjustment to our menu.

But here’s what hasn’t changed 👇🔥 We still cook over real charcoal🥩 We still use quality, locally sourced meat👨‍🍳 We still make everything from scratch❌ And we don’t cut corners to cut costs

Because that’s not who we are.

If anything — we’d rather do it properly or not at all.

Stacked on a spit, shaved to order
Cooked on gas or electric heat
Quick, convenient… but nothing special
Souvlaki (the real deal at The Original Souvlaki Inn):
Hand-made, fresh meat — not factory formed
Marinated in our in-house spice rub
Layered and rolled by us daily
Cooked over real mallee stump charcoal
That smoky flavour? That’s fire, not a switch. 🔥

We’re growing and looking for two new team members to join our friendly, fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house team:
✅ 1 x Junior Staff Member
✅ 1 x Mature, Experienced Staff Member
Position: Casual (with plenty of hours for the right candidates)
Roster: Wednesday – Sunday
Latest Finish: 9:30pm (no late nights!)
🔹 About the Role
You’ll be an all-rounder, involved in:
Food preparation for service
Customer service
Cleaning and general duties
Supporting the team during busy periods
No two days are the same — it’s hands-on, rewarding, and great experience in hospitality.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Reliable and motivated team players
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience preferred for mature staff role (training provided for juniors)
We love team members who bring fresh ideas and are keen to develop their skills under qualified hospitality professionals.
