New to the specials board: the newest creation from Milawa Cheese Company, introducing Blossom.
Paired with Prosecco jelly, fresh lychee, honeycomb and handmade oat tuiles, this one is a little sweet, a little savoury, and perfect for sharing.
Blossom is a lactic-set cheese with a delicate Geotrichum rind, a beautifully yielding texture that oozes complexity .
