Oakover Grounds is a collective of creative minds in the beating heart of the Swan Valley. We offer unique spaces, fresh ideas and great hospitality which means your guests experience an outstanding lunch/function or event from go to whoa. There’s plenty of room to romp with lawns the size of a footy field, a lake with real live ducks, and our grand ladies; the Oakover grapevines. The Restaurant is where it all comes together, an industrial style warehouse designed with your party in mind. This space is ideal for an exclusive sit down feast of up to 150 guests or for a smaller style celebration with colleagues/family & friends. If outdoors is more your style take in the Valley air either on the deck or under the trees. This space can seat up to 150 guests or is perfect for a larger cocktail function of up to 300 guests. Oakover Grounds do food, wine, coffee, styling, teambuilding and entertainment just like your brain intended. Hassle free, with a supersize serving of fresh air. It’s an escape to the country without the overnight bag.

As part of the Entwined in the Swan Valley festival, Smoke on the Water is taking over the lake for one night of fire, smoke, live music, smoky flavours and drinks as the sun goes down over the Swan Valley.

Explore the newly reimagined Grounds, find a spot by the water, gather around the fire pits and settle in as live band, Afterglow play old classics and some dancefloor tunes into the evening.
