Winter has snuck on by and a quiet corner in the front window is calling. Maybe a plate of turnips and radish poached in butter with rillettes and a glass from the Puzelat family?

As good as it gets winter treats from the Electric Blue South Coast waters.
Southern Bluefin and Smoked Mackerel from and South Coast Fish are both on A La Carte and really singing!

Geschickt pouring and our all time Chablis has just landed from Thomas Pico of Pattes Loup.

Also just tapped a Keg of Grifter Dark Larger.

Today we farewell one of the true fixtures of Superette.

Tyrone has been with us since the doors first opened, leaving his mark on the team and everyone who’s walked through them. From an aspiring natural winemaker with no hospitality experience to Merimbula’s finest assistant junior sommelier—what a journey.

Today’s your last chance to stop by for one final SSB on ice, a fully sick martini (Jackie Cola), and to hear “beautiful” one more time.
Wherever you go next will be all the better for having you.

Merimbula or Marseille?

July 14 is Bastille Day and it’s just around the corner. The team’s favourite day of the year to celebrate all the best things of French food, booze and culture. A one off menu and some very nice pours that we have had hidden away just for this!

12 - late as per usual. Bookings highly recommended.

See you for a Steak Frites and Glass of Robinot.

Delightlful scenes currently at the bar.

have dropped in the first flame cockles of the year and they are as good as they look. Drenched in Vadouvan butter and scatterings of finger lime they are made for an autumn Arvo.

Don’t forgot about mum this weekend. Bookings are filling up fast or we have a few mum friendly packs on the shelf to grab and go!

We’re creeping into Beaujolais season and is providing as usual!

Great local produce from & making our days brighter with mid week deliveries. New things on all menus and the pass is always churning over.

Short days mean it’s acceptable to perch at the bar at touch earlier than normal!
