Spring Essential Produce.

Zucchini flowers stuffed with cervelle de canut made from chèvre & fried. Served this week with olasagatsi anchovies, Whyndam honey and ricotta salata.

Ganevat, Martini service and a spring freshen up for the menu.  

Really easing into the new season superbly on the coast. Bottlo is stocked and loaded, Steak Frites are juicy and Martini’s are the only frosty thing left after winter.
