Be aware bussines owner!

Recently, we received a 1⭐️ review from a customer who felt her order wasn’t correct.

Should this be blamed by language barriers or miscommunication or just simply a change of mind?

We really don't understand the purpose of the review. Was she upset as she could not get the refund IN CASH?

The 1 * rating might just be to satisfy her anger but it means a lot to our business. We have to work hard to support our family and she has destroyed all our effort.
