to mum, and now business partner,
before this became a business, it was just us in the kitchen.
you taught me that food was never only about eating — it was about caring for people, bringing everyone together, and making a home feel warm. without even knowing it, you gave me a lifelong love for cooking.
some of the most important parts of who i am were shaped by watching you. the way you cooked for others so naturally, the pride you took in feeding people, and the love that was always present around the table.
i’ve learnt so much from you over the years, and i know i always will.
i feel incredibly lucky that i now get to build something with you, side by side. everything we’re creating has its roots in the home and love you gave me growing up.
i owe more to you than words could ever explain.
