This one exceeded even our expectations 👌🏼 Early August, we had kismetmezebar in for one night only, and the room turned into something between a Turkish sofra and a Gippsland dinner table. Food made for sharing, wine poured with care, a table that felt full the second people sat down.

Such a pleasure to host the incredible chef Coskun Uysal, alongside Alejandro Saravia.

Midweek, no plans beyond good company 🥂 Melted cheese, good bread, and a board built for sharing. Our fondue and charcuterie offering pairs cured meats, produce and accompaniments sourced from across Victoria and Gippsland with a glass of something good from our selected list.
