2026 is going to be a very exciting year .au we have been working behind the scenes on so many new products and ideas! Reflecting on 2025, What a year! We have made the decision to focus entirely on Atlas Market and moving on from Atlas Dining after 9 fantastic years, It feels very new, Exciting and motivating just like in 2016 when we launched Atlas. 2026 will be the year of cooking content / videos, Making home cooking easier and more convenient and bringing the magic of cooking to more people’s home kitchens across Melbourne and beyond 🪄 Thanks for all your support and I wish you a great 2026! After 9 amazing years I have decided it’s time to take the leap of faith and begin my new journey, Atlas Dining was started in 2016 by a 22 year old with a huge vision for what a restaurant could be. I had clear goals for what I wanted to achieve and have completed everyone of those and more. During this nine years we have served over 100,000 unique guests, Cooked 27 cuisines and traveled the world (literally) I would love to thank every single person that has been apart of this journey, Atlas Dining has been my life’s work and I’m so grateful for everyone that experienced it and for the incredible loyalty. I would also like to thank my team, There are countless of them that have been a part of this journey and to see them become close friends and go off and achieve greatness is the greatest joy. To all our amazing customers you have followed us and we have shared so many memories so thank you! My next chapter is one of enjoying spending more time with my little daughter and building what I believe may even be a crazier concept that a restaurant that changes its cuisine. Atlas Market will launch officially over December! For the last five years I have been laying the foundations for this next chapter and to close one chapter on my own terms and move into the next one is scary and exciting.
