WAYGOOD was borne from a desire to slow down and keep things simple.

Before lockdown, Melbourne had accelerated to such a pace that it often slipped our minds to take a breath and enjoy ourselves. At WAYGOOD, our intention is to do just that. It’s our little haven on Richmond Hill, as a place to give back to our community the best way we know how: by giving you a place to meet, share good food and create memories.

Every kitchen has a dish that means something. For Chef Benji, it’s his dad’s basque cheesecake with black forest berries, amaretto and a recipe passed down rather than written down.

Alongside it, the classic tiramisu, served table-side, the way it should be.
