Dodam is joining the EBV Open Air Craft Fair this Sunday with a one-day-only special: Cheese Tteokbokki.

For Koreans, tteokbokki is more than just a snack.
It is the food we grew up eating after school, at street stalls, with friends, or on a cold day when we wanted something spicy, warm and comforting.

Chewy Korean rice cakes, fish cake, crispy vegetable twigim and melted mozzarella, all in our spicy-sweet tteokbokki sauce.

We’ll be serving it from 11am until sold out.

Come by, grab a bowl, have a walk around the fair, and enjoy a little taste of Korean street food at EBV.

We had such a great time at the East Brunswick Easter Twilight Market! East Brunswick Village

We served our salt bread in collaboration with Plot PLOT, filled with either beef bulgogi or potato salad — and both flavours worked beautifully together. The crowd favourite was definitely the salt bread with potato salad!

If you missed out at the market, don’t worry. You can still enjoy not only salt bread but also a variety of popular Korean-style breads at our friends’ spots — PLOT in Essendon and trbl. Coffee in the city 😋
