On Tuesday 28th July, Chef Ronith Arlikatti will host an exclusive dinner showcasing his project, Runa.

Drawing on experience across some of Australia’s most respected kitchens, including his time as Head Chef at Hopper Joint, Ronith explores Indian cuisine through a fresh perspective. Reimagining dishes such as Macher Deem Aloo Bhora and highlighting lesser-known ingredients, the menu offers a thoughtful blend of tradition and innovation.

For one evening only, experience a $150pp five-course tasting menu designed as an immersive journey of cultural storytelling and a deeply personal expression of Indian cooking.

What a magical piece of media to be included in 🤍

This week Los Angeles Times restaurant critic Bill Addison released his 25 recommendations of cafes, bars and restaurants to visit in Melbourne.

This time two years ago, we were workshopping recipes in a residential kitchen. We have always believed in doing the best we can do with the resources we have, encouraging ourselves and our team to push and promote their talent and creative thinking as much as possible.

This piece offers us a wonderful opportunity to say thank you to everyone to has supported us; whether that’s close personal friends and family or our guests. A special shout to our team, in particular millie mackie and Judith 🌸 who have stuck with us from the start.

As always, we continue to develop and we have a lot of exciting things lined up for the second half of the year.
