This week's dabba is out. 🍱

Tuesday we start soft — tomato rasam with rice and potato roast for lunch, homestyle chicken or paneer curry with cucumber salad for dinner.

Wednesday goes loud. Gobi manchurian with hakka noodles at lunch, then dhaba dal, jeera rice and gobi matar at night.

Friday is comfort food only. Maharashtrian varan bhaat with batata bhaji and papad, and lemon rasam with cabbage poriyal to close the week.

No service Monday and Thursday.

Most catering starts with a package. Mine starts with the room: who's eating, what the day looks like, how you want it to feel. A 9am board breakfast and a Saturday 40th aren't the same brief.

Slide 4 is a recent rooftop birthday five curries, sliders, croquettes, dessert. Balanced so the room stayed in it.

Workplaces, birthdays, private events. Melbourne-wide, licensed and insured, set up and cleared.

Wednesday — Jeera Rice with Delhi Chole & Onion Salad for lunch, Chicken or Paneer Tikka Masala Wraps with yogurt for dinner.

Thursday — Bombay Masala Sandwich with fries, then Pesto Chicken or Roast Vegetable Focaccia Sandwich.

Friday — BBQ Chicken or Peppey Paneer Focaccia Pizza for lunch, and Rice with Sambar & Beans Poriyal to close the week.

No service Monday & Tuesday. Kitchen open Wednesday to Friday, lunch and dinner.
