Well, now you have 👋🏼 Ciao and welcome to our little corner of Collins Street!
We’re big on food (like, 13+ different kitchens big), including loads of international sweet and savoury bites, plus three different bars in case you were thirsty - basically something for whatever mood you’re in.

Inspired by the Italian market tradition, Mercato is all about bringing good food, good drinks and good people together under one roof - so if you’re into that as much as we are, you’ll feel right at home here.
