At Smokestak, our smokers are filled in the early hours of the morning with our prime cuts of beef and pork so we can bring you a deliciously tender, juicy stack of meat. The meat is firstly hand rubbed with a selection of spices and then basted in our home-made hickory BBQ sauce. It's then finally cooked 'low and slow' for up to 12 hours to get that perfect stack of "fall off the bone" meat. Free

-range and grass fed, born and raised in Gippsland, Victoria. The cattle roam freely on lush green pastures ensuring an end product with full flavour and tender bite. The beef is carefully selected and aged in-house. Farmed in Strathfieldsaye, Central Victoria, where its climatic conditions provide a perfect environment to raise and enrich its flavoursome meat resulting in our pork being rich and hearty in flavour with distinct marbling. Locally produced, free range, chemical free, air-dried and chilled to preserve freshness which gives us excellent flavoursome plump tender chickens.
