School for Pizza Our mission is to be Australia’s finest pizza school and to produce generations of new pizza makers for the bustling hospitality industry of Melbourne.

School for Pizza is located in the heart of Melbourne and run by Eugenio Perri, a shop owner with years of experience. Our team consists of experienced pizza makers from Italy, who are ready to support you during any class. Many young people nowadays are looking for jobs in hospitality without having any experience, especially in restaurants or coffee shops where pizza is made and sold. That’s why

we have created this school. We offer courses in different levels, for beginners to shop owners, that will teach you how to make the perfect pizza and give you an opportunity to work in this exciting field. Completing one or more of our courses is beneficial for your CV and will increase your chances of finding work in the hospitality industry.
