Over a century ago, the Lennon Street Mills stood at the forefront of technological advancement in Melbourne’s building industry.
Recognised as the first high-rise concrete silo, it became a defining piece of Melbourne’s industrial history.
Today, that same heritage building is home to Silo No.9, where we serve coffee, bake fresh pastries, and fire up .pizza Detroit-style pizza 🍕
