Now pouring at Saige: Domenica's 2024 Chardonnay from a granite ridge in Beechworth, hand-picked block by block from vines planted way back in 1996. Expect white peach, citrus blossom and a touch of ginger spice, easing into hazelnut and a chalky, mineral finish that lingers. 🍃✨

Pair it with our Lemon Pepper Calamari and dill aioli - the citrus picks up right where the lemon pepper leaves off and that clean acidity cuts straight through the aioli. Good food, good company, good wine. Come sit with us.
