To celebrate the launch of Fancy Hank’s Sauces & Seasonings Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce, we've built one that's dripping in the good stuff. We're taking you behind the scenes with Chef Patt to see how our Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich comes together.

Smoked chicken thigh, melted American cheese, crisp iceberg, pickles, buttermilk dressing and an unapologetic amount of Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce, all on a Martin's potato bun.

It all starts with free-range baby pork ribs. Each rack is coated in our house-made pepper rub before spending over 8 hours in the smoker, low and slow, until perfectly tender. They’re smothered in our peach & jalapeño glaze. The result? Sweet, smoky, sticky ribs. Order a half rack, go all in with the full rack, or tackle them as part of our Hank’s Platter 🌶️

No shortcuts. Just good BBQ.
