​This nomination is about more than just the bakery; it is a reflection of the early mornings, the hard work, and the incredible people who walk through our doors every day. We set out to be a part of this community, and being recognized for that contribution is a huge honor.

​We will find out if we officially take home the win at the awards night. Regardless of the final result, we are proud to stand alongside the best businesses in Whittlesea and grateful for every one of you who has backed us from the start.

Our hearts are absolutely full this morning! ❤️
​A huge thank you to Zavier, who popped in today to surprise the whole team with this massive basket of Easter eggs and a beautiful card.

​There are plenty of businesses across Victoria, some much bigger than us and some smaller , but the level of love we feel from our community is truly unmatched. It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do.

What a day!

​Today was absolute madness at One Way Lebanese Bakery, and honestly, we couldn’t have gotten through it without an incredible team. A massive thank you to our staff for keeping their cool and working so hard under some serious pressure you guys are absolute legends.

​To our customers: thank you for showing up for us. We know the wait was a bit longer than usual, and we truly appreciate your patience and support while we made sure every order was just right.( kind of 🤣)

​And a very special shoutout to our neighbors at Pastry Paradise! We actually ran out of milk in the middle of the rush, and they didn't hesitate to lend us some of theirs to keep us moving. That’s what community is all about. 🥛❤️
