We’re now featuring Personal Best Coffee Roaster on retail — a selection built on clarity, precision, and expressive flavour.

Three standout lots:

Ethiopia, washed process — white grape-like clarity, lifted citrus, delicate florals, with a Ceylon tea-like finish.

Guatemala, natural process — tropical fruit forward, layered with florals and a clean citrus lift.

Colombia Geisha, honey process — intensely aromatic, with grape candy and peach sweetness, balanced by raspberry, pomegranate, and star fruit-like acidity.

Available for retail to take home, or brewed as pour over in-store.

He and she met on a day that felt ordinary.
Too hot outside, too many thoughts inside.

She ordered her usual iced latte.
He pointed at something new on the menu — Nebula.

“Trust me,” he said.

Nebula — espresso, hojicha, brown sugar cream, and burnt hojicha powder.
Bold meets calm. Bitter meets sweet.
Two different worlds in one cup.

She took a sip.
Nutty warmth, a gentle kick, softened by sweetness.
Unexpected. Balanced. Right.

That was the first thing they shared.
