Available for hire for weddings, engagements, parties, celebrations, business functions and promotional events, Tom Collins can be used to serve cocktails, bubbles, wines, beers, iced refreshments and coffees. Arriving at your event with two bar staff who are passionate about delicious beverages and great service the Tom Collins crew take care of it all (including the washing up) so your day can be relaxing and fun.

"We had so many compliments throughout the night. People couldn’t believe the cocktails were included, and how delicious they were considering how quickly you guys were smashing them out! Tonnes of guests kept telling us throughout the night how lovely the bar staff were. Going above and beyond with some adjustments for our beer pong table, plus the little pick-me-up shot you offered Joel and I to gear us up for some dancing. To see all our lovely vendors working together was incredible, we felt like one big family!"
