Sogen Junmai Daiginjo Genshin（宗玄 純米大吟醸 玄心）

Made with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, the finest sake rice, and brewed with pure water from Okunoto.

It has a fresh and clean taste. It flows smoothly and elegantly down the throat, with a gentle spread of umami and a refined, fruity ginjo aroma. A calm and well-balanced Junmai Daiginjo sake.

Toko-san made the flowers beautifully again this time.

The arrangement with the different round flowers is fascinating and something I could keep looking at.
The smaller one is also very delicate and lovely. I am truly amazed every time.
