The Darling Group is dedicated to crafting one-of-a-kind experiences. Housed within a heritage-listed 1890s power station, Higher Ground spans six interconnected levels of architectural drama, flooded with natural light by day and transformed into a luminous event space by night.

From seated dinners of 150 to cocktail receptions of 250+, every event is framed by monumental scale, refined hospitality, and menus crafted from the finest local produce.
