Frozen Irish Coffee. Jameson, Shanky's Whip, Mr. Black, Coffee, Brown Sugar, Macadamia Cream.

The Irish coffee was invented by accident. A flight into Shannon Airport in the early days of transatlantic travel — passengers landing cold and in need of something. A industrious bartender brought them inside and put whiskey in the coffee. That was it.

Ours, however, is a bit more intentional. An Aussie riff on something that didn't need fixing. The toffee and coffee liquers do what espresso alone can't. They sit alongside the whiskey rather than drowning it. Cold brew keeps it honest. Macadamia and cream shaken and floated on top.

From the moment it hit the menu we knew it was here to stay.
Wagyu patty, flame-grilled. American cheese, pickles, sauce—and lettuce, just to keep it honest.
