A sweet cake for a sweet young lady. Keep being you sweetheart ❤️ Tropical gateaux. Made with a pineapple and cinnamon compote, Passionfruit creme mousse, lemon gel, Passionfruit foam, white chocolate mud and a Raspberry glaze. ,

Chocolate gateaux… chocolate mousse, vanilla cream, raspberry gel, raspberry foam and a chocolate pain de gene, garnished with a chocolate mirror glaze, chocolate coins, chocolate gold bar and chocolate band.

Chocolate raspberry gateaux
Layers of chocolate mud cake, chocolate mousse, raspberry gel, raspberry mousse and an intense vanilla crème. Topped with a deep pink/burgundy glaze, chocolate crumb and chocolate decorations

The latest creations in the Sweeticle kitchen. At the top we have a honey ganache, honey caramel with honeycomb, top right is a dairy free apricot with apricot gel and apricot ganache. Second line is Black forest, layers of cherry compote, vanilla cream and a biscuit layer. Along the bottom is my new favourite, glassy lemon marble with a lemon gel and intense vanilla cream.
