Today, after an incredible 23 years, we say a very emotional goodbye to the long time leader of our kitchen.

P’Chao has been with us from the very beginning of Cookie. If you have dined with us at any stage in the last two decades, chances are you have tasted the recipes and hard work from this incredible chef. And while he is leaving us to return to Thailand, he is leaving behind an incredible legacy and team of people ready to take reins and continue for many more years.

P’Chao, from the whole team, it has been a pleasure working with you. We can’t wait for you to come back to visit and hear all of the wonderful stories of well earned retirement.
