The Hippie Love, here for September only.

The kale is the star. Charred until it goes sweet and smoky with that savoury edge. Then Moroccan spiced roasted pumpkin, marinated goat’s cheese for the creaminess, and a slow cooked masala relish of tomato, onion and apple underneath it all.

On seeded sourdough because it deserves a good base.
