Maha has been awarded a Chef's Hat in The Age Good Food Guide for the 18th consecutive year. The entire Maha family is humbled, grateful, and never taking it for granted.
To stand alongside our peers, young and old, new venues and long standing stalwarts alike, is an honour. Over the journey it has been wonderful to watch our industry transform and evolve, and to keep growing with it.
Since opening in 2008, Maha has become one of the most recognised and celebrated Middle Eastern restaurants in Australia, proudly representing Australian hospitality on the world stage for almost two decades.
Playing a part in shaping Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food culture here at home has been truly special. So too has welcoming extraordinary chefs and talent from across the globe into our kitchen, and taking our brand of Melbourne hospitality to every corner of the world.
To our suppliers, thank you for trusting us with the very best produce. To the w**emakers, brewers, distillers, growers, millers, potters, tradespeople, florists, architects, and every single person who has helped Maha grow and still be here today, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
To every team member who has been part of Maha over the past 18 years, you are the heart of this restaurant. Watching you grow, and seeing your lives unfold, has been one of our greatest blessings.
