The very first use of the building back in the early 1900's was Melbourne's first switchboard, hence the name. The cobblestone wall adorns the heritage listed facade, concealing a modern rustic ambience inside. Whether you're a party of many or an intimate catchup with friends, Operator25 has a space for you.
