The very first use of the building back in the early 1900's was Melbourne's first switchboard, hence the name. The cobblestone wall adorns the heritage listed facade, concealing a modern rustic ambience inside. Whether you're a party of many or an intimate catchup with friends, Operator25 has a space for you. We are kids friendly and welcome the solo grazer flicking through the day's news. The app

roach to food at Operator25 is to use seasonal produce with classic flavours and other combinations that we know are comfort food, but with a little bit of a twist. And we serve specialty coffee using the finest beans from Melbourne’s own Code Black Coffee roaster.
