After much back breaking work & a good deep clean Gigi's is ready for catering & events if you are in need of my services please let me know, I'm also happy to do other things that my menu didn't offer & yes my cheesesteak with chips, CSP with Gigi's sauce are the highlight of the menu or if people want a different menu we can discuss other options, so please keep me in mind 😀

Today I decorated 2 cakes 1 was a gender reveal & no I can't reveal if it's a boy or girl for a customer inside is strawberries & fresh whipped cream & the 2nd a Alice in wonderland themed cake for a great friend for his mad hatters tea party, inside is chocolate ripple & strawberries & fresh whipped cream on top there's peppermint crisp for grass & dried raspberry path, everything is edible except for 3 items & toothpics, I love doing cakes it brings me a great joy have done many over the yrs

Tomorrow will be bringing Gigi's home, big clean up next week BUT I will be open on a Saturday in the near future for you all to still get your Cheesesteak & Gigi sauce fix so stay tuned for coming updates 😀

Don't forget it's Gigi's last day in Geelong tomorrow so come down & get your fix b4 I close or even run out, I will update when I have events coming up but for those that love Gigi's cheesesteak meat, Gigi's yummy creamy chicken sauce & Chicken salt they will still be available for you to enjoy at home & am happy to Deliver, have your order in by Friday mornings & I will deliver on a Saturday 😀

I'm hoping my ending date is Friday 1st of May, this has been a decision I haven't made lightly & hopefully won't be the end of Gigi's I just can't do it as a full time job any longer, financially it's broken me to put it simply there's been more lows than highs & it breaks my heart to close Gigi's doors after 3 yrs but I've loved every minute even on the days which were the hardest, I won't be closing Gigi's Homemade page down I am hoping to do events & my menu will be a much smaller 1 but with the items I know people have loved, Gigis sauce, chips & my cheesesteak meat will be the highlight if my lovely followers can recommend events that I could look into I would fully appreciate it, I know there is a rodeo up this way in November that I will be enquiring about, thank you again for your support I have appreciated it so much

For some time I have avoided doing this post & I do it with a heavy heart, but the time has come where I realise financially I can't keep going, Gigi's will close within the next few months maybe weeks, For 3 yrs I have not once paid myself, I have worked to keep my doors open as I have loved what I do but love doesn't pay the bills, Geelong nth has been the best place Gigi's has been, my customers have been an amazing support & ive had the best feedback & I humbly thank each & everyone of you :)
