Assembly www.assemblystore.com Assembly is a coffee and tea store in Melbourne, Australia. Assembly operates on stolen land of the Wurundjeri people.

We select an offering based on excellent quality and meaningfully sourced products. You can drink coffee and tea at Assembly, as well as find products that you love, learn about them and take them home. We select coffees that we think are interesting and taste delicious and then carefully roast them. You can drink our coffees in our store as well as take beans home to brew for yourself. If you're

We only choose coffees that we know about. They are products that are seasonally available and traded as ethically as we can. This means, on the farm it was grown, the people who harvested it have been treated fairly to the best of our understanding. It means that fair prices were paid to the people who grew it, in efforts to create healthy profits for all involved. It means that when it travelled to us, efforts were made to maintain its quality. We pay respects to Elders and Traditional Owners of the past, present and to come in the future. Always was, always will be.

It’s been a very nice week across both of our shops. Would you believe it was Assembly’s 14th birthday this week and the milestone nearly slipped by without us remembering! This filter is one of those easy-drinking, nothing-too-loud coffees. It’s nice to have first thing in the morning, when it’s too early to say too much, other than “this is delicious”.

Think soft milk chocolate, a bit of nuttiness, and some ripe stone fruit sweetness, all wrapped up in a syrupy texture that finishes clean and beautifully balanced.

We’re now roasting São Pedro da Canastra in North Melbourne 🤎 Pick some up to brew at home, or find it on Ordermentum for wholesale.

This filter is one of those easy-drinking, nothing-too-loud coffees. It’s good first thing in the morning when it’s too early to say too much, other than “this is absolutely delicious”.
