The Melbourne Cup is coming to Saros. 🏆
Yes, the actual Cup.

As part of the 2026 Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour, we’re hosting a very special evening at Saros, giving you the chance to get up close with one of Australia’s most iconic sporting trophies. We’ll also be joined by two-time Melbourne Cup-winning jockey Corey Brown, sharing stories and experiences from his incredible career and the race he knows better than most.

🎟️ Tickets are $75 per person and include:

🥂 Glass of sparkling on arrival
🫒 Antipasto on arrival
🍽️ Choice of chef-selected chicken, steak or fish main
🥗 Salad and fries for the table
🏆 Plus, the exclusive opportunity to have your photo taken with the Melbourne Cup

Across December, Saros Bar & Dining extends its operating hours to help you organise your end of year celebrations and get-togethers.
We will have a beautiful Christmas set menu on offer and open from 12pm for lunch on the following dates… 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th December.

For Father’s Day this year, we’re adding something special to the menu: 300g MB+4 chargrilled sirloin, U6 wild-caught Queensland tiger prawns & Pancetta-wrapped asparagus. Finished with white truffle oil and green peppercorn sauce.
