We all know how different coffee can be from varietal to varietal and country to country, but we’re continually blown away by just how much it can vary within the same country.

In Panama, one coffee that has shaped our palate and stuck with us is the Washed Geisha from Finca Auromar.

We’re hyped to have in back in our cafes and online for you to try!

Geisha | Washed from Finca Auromar in Panama

From Panama’s Geisha Golden Triangle, Finca Auromar has become one of the country’s most respected coffee farms under the stewardship of Roberto Brenes. A multi-time Best of Panama winner, Roberto is known for coffees that capture the remarkable terroir of this small corner of Chiriquí. Decades after beginning his journey in coffee, his drive to push further remains as strong as ever!

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Pacas | Washed from Manuel Vallecillo in Honduras

Manuel Vallecillo’s coffee journey began in Santa Barbara before taking him to the United States and eventually back home to coffee production. In 2014, he purchased Finca Los Primos and planted it exclusively with Pacas, a variety that thrives in the region’s unique microclimate. Manuel now splits his time between Honduras and Houston, returning each harvest to oversee production on the farm.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝘂𝘅𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Pacamara | Anaerobic Natural from Santuário Sul in Brazil

In the hills of Carmo de Minas, Santuário Sul was founded with experimentation in mind. Rather than focusing on volume, producer Luiz Paulo Dias Pereira has built the farm around exploration, growing more than 30 coffee varieties and refining how each responds to terroir and processing.

This coffee is a reflection of that approach. Pacamara isn't a variety typically associated with Brazil, but in the hands of Luiz Paulo and the team at Santuário Sul, it pushes beyond the expectation of traditional Brazilian coffee.

New Deluxe Release from one of Panama’s most celebrated producers!

The Lamastus family has spent more than a century growing coffee in Panama's Boquete region, producing some of the most celebrated Geishas the world has ever seen. Their Elida Estate has become synonymous with excellence, earning multiple Best of Panama titles and setting records along the way.

This lot comes from Falda, a section of Elida Estate perched high on the slopes of Volcán Barú. Processed as a traditional natural, it showcases everything that has made Elida legendary.

Geisha | Natural from Olman Valladárez in Nicaragua

Finca Los Alpes sits high in Nicaragua's Dipilto Mountains near the Honduran border. The Geisha trees here are still young, producing their first harvest in 2023, but they've already made history. Under the management of Olman Valladárez, the farm earned first place in the Cup of Excellence in both 2023 and 2024 with a natural Geisha just like this one. Grown from Panamanian seed stock, this lot highlights the variety's tropical side in a seriously delicious way.
