Try something different today. Instead of the usual chashu or tonkatsu, give our Salmon Ramen a go. You'll be surprised by how well the delicate flavour of the salmon is perfectly enhanced by richness of the broth.
The salmon fish bone broth is cooked for 12 hours. The soup is very delicious, which includes various seafoods, such as salmon, prawn, crab stick, and seasonal seafoods.
