We’re hiring!
We’re excited at the prospect of welcoming one or two new members to the Sow team!
We currently need help on Mondays and Saturdays, for casual but regular shifts. This could potentially suit one person (to cover both shifts) or be covered by two different people.
What we need:
Monday - regular 7 hour shift every week. You’ll need to have experience with specialty coffee preparation and/or basic food prep experience. We are a small team so you’ll have to multitask - serving customers, handling payments and washing dishes will all be part of the role.
Saturday - regular 3-4 hour shift every week. This could suit someone with less experience, in which case you’ll be serving customers, handling payments, washing dishes. Otherwise if you’re experienced on the coffee machine or in the kitchen, you could cover these tasks too.
There’s room to grow within the role/s, and we’d love to work with people who are willing to take on more responsibility and hours when needed.
Pay is dependent on experience, but always at award rates.
