We got a bit fancy at the 2026 RSL Veterans Ball.

Huge thanks to Hawthorn RSL for putting on an absolutely cracking event. Top night, top people, and somehow we managed to leave with a signed Shane Warne cricket ball and a golf ball signed by Tiger Woods at the silent auction…which is either incredible luck or proof beer improves bidding confidence.

The only thing stronger than the auction bids was the hangover.

Cheers for having us. We’ll be back next year… assuming our livers get a caffeine recovery.

If you want to stay extra warm with your coffee, grab a bottle of “Wake The Bay” Ginspresso from the lads at Organic Bay Distillery for a cheeky night cap (or morning, it’s acceptable since it’s got coffee in it. We never judge).
