We are thrilled to announce that Simon Hartley of Italian dining institution BECCO, has partnered with Nathaniel Destefano to join our team at VITA Ristorante. Bringing 24 years of dining expertise with him, Hartley says:

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to run two Italian venues in Melbourne, BECCO in the city and VITA in Kew, and to work with MAdE Establishment on VITA. From a business perspective I’ve been extremely impressed by the professionalism of the group leaders, Nathaniel, and the team at Vita. Nathaniel’s passion for raw produce, and the elegance and passion that he approaches his dishes. I look forward to working with him and rest of the team to create an authentic Sardinian based dining experience that the whole family can enjoy."
