Chef Guy Grossi (Guy Grossi) returns to Victoria for La Fiorentina, an Italian dinner across two evenings.

The bistecca alla fiorentina is prepared with VINTAGE Mature Grass-Fed Beef from Flinders + Co and Greenham. Cooked over charcoal, rested and finished with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil, then brought to the table to share.

Around it, a menu shaped by Tuscan tradition. Antipasti and house-baked bread, handmade tortelli di patate, traditional contorni and Guy Grossi’s classic tiramisu.

Friday 9 and Saturday 10 October. $130 per person. Last tickets available.

Stonier’s 2025 Vintage Release has landed, already being called the best in a decade.

What an incredible weekend it was. Our first preview of Cultura, amore e famiglia, as and Saravia joined forces at Victoria for two nights, where Italy met Peru.
