Slow-cooked until it becomes unbelievably tender, our Lingotto is a little โ€œgold barโ€ of beef brisket: slowly cooked with mustard and honey until the meat is so soft it practically melts in your mouth.

Served with a silky parsnip cream, a sweet and slightly tangy grape compote, and finished with a rich, intense beef jus.

Tender inside, beautifully caramelised outside โ€” sweet, savoury, rich and comforting in every bite.
