We’re looking for an experienced Baker / Bakery Assistant to join the Double Dutch team.

As we continue to grow, we’re searching for someone who loves making great food, takes pride in their craft, and is excited by the idea of building something for the long term.

You’ll be involved across bread production, pastry preparation, morning baking, and helping create the best sangas in town.

This role is for someone who wants more than just their next job. It’s an opportunity to contribute, grow, and become part of a team that cares deeply about quality, hospitality, and each other.

ITS FINALLY HERE… DOUBLE DUTCH SUNDAYS!

After so many requests, we’re giving Sunday trading a go with a 4-week trial starting May 17th!

Now here’s the important part, if you want us open 7 days a week, we need your support. Sundays only stay if the community shows up.

Swing by this Sunday, treat yourself to something fresh from the bakery, and help us make Sundays a permanent part of Double Dutch.

Our little shop has had a glow-up! After a busy weekend putting together the finishing touches — learning how to fix a pastry sheeter, pulling apart an ice machine (twice), tiling, cabinetry, reinstalling the coffee machine, and much more — we’re finally back open! Thanks for your patience Kenso, and we can’t wait to welcome you back into our space!

Well.. we wish we could have a definitive answer to the question you have all been asking, “when will you re-open?” While we work in to the evening to get the space, and more so equipment, ready to open our doors to Stubbs Street again we find ourselves having to make some hard calls about when to actually open as on one hand we want to get back to it asap, but some things are out of our control and we want to do things right! We are working on it and will keep the updates coming. Keep an eye on Tuesday.

Good things take time! And while we are doing everything in our power to be open for your Monday morning coffee and treat, we will be announcing our official opening plans tomorrow. We are so stoked to refresh the space, and can’t wait to get back to baking the finest, and brewing the best products y’all deserve.
